𝟭. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆?
GiftAGoose.com has a very human-focused, robust, and ethical return policy. We accept returns.
We understand that sometimes the product you ordered may have been an incorrect choice, or that you the item you purchased may have been defective. The only conditions to returning the product you purchased, is that:
- The product must be returned within 3 working days from the date of you receiving the delivery.
- You must get in touch with us via email at support@giftagoose.com if you wish to make a return with all the details and pictures of your purchase and delivery.
- The product must be shipped with trackable shipping to one of our receiving facilities / addresses in the UK, UAE, or KSA.
- The cost of shipping the product with trackable shipping from you (the customer) to us, must be borne by you.
- The product must not have been used by the customer.
- All original brand tags must still be attached.
- Once your purchase is on-route to us via an established logistics company, you must again email us the details of the shipment including the tracking id.
- The product must be shipped back to us in it’s original packing. – Yes we understand you may have opened it to look at it. That’s alright.
𝟮. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗺𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗴𝗼?
Your returns, if in good condition, will be resold as used clothing to thrift stores, or given to charities or the poor also at our expense. While we’re a very small fledgling business, we do still feel for the poorer folk amongst us.
We do appreciate if you do not unnecessarily return your purchases, as we’re still a very small business.
𝟯. 𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀?
Yes we offer refunds. If your refund is for a product you returned, the product must be shipped by you to one of our receiving facilities / addresses with trackable (to us) shipping. On receiving your returned product we will process it to ensure that it meets the above stated conditions for returns.
If your purchase included a variety of products, out of which you are returning only 1 piece, your refund will thereby be for that 1 piece only.
We’re not responsible or liable for the fees/commissions that PayPal and other payment gateways take out of each purchase you make on GiftAGoose, or on each refund or partial refund we make to you.
